Our extended stay rate for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom furnished apartment rental for minimum 8 weeks starts from NZ$700-NZ$1100 per week and for unfurnished apartments from NZ$450- NZ$800 per week.

Special weekly extended stay rates for furnished apartments (for more than a 3 months stay) are subject to availability and advanced reservation.

All the above rates include 1 security car space.

All furnished apartments are rented with direct-dial telephone (free local calls) and high speed Internet service subject to a weekly charge of NZ$30.

A onetime cleaning charge of NZ$70will be debited to tenant accounts on departure. Any damage to the apartments, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited to the tenant account on departure. All our rates are fully inclusive.
