  • Fully furnished and equipped apartments with weekly service (daily service is optional) including linen and towel change.
  • This accommodation is available for a minimum 1 - 8 week stay.
  • The weekly rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV
  • Telephone connection (free local calls) and high speed internet service are charged at $NZ25 per week

Extended stay furnished self-contained apartment rental:

  • Our fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 8 weeks.
  • Additional telephone, high-speed Internet and electricity connection fees apply.

Unfurnished apartment leasing:

  • Waldorf On Scene apartments can be let unfurnished based on a real estate lease for a minimum stay of 3 months.
  • Optional telephone, Internet and electricity connection are available.
