Furnished and serviced self-contained apartment accommodation:
- Fully furnished and equipped apartments with weekly service (daily service is optional) including linen and towel change.
- This accommodation is available exclusively for long-term stay (3 months or more)
- The weekly rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV
- Telephone connection (free local calls) and high speed internet service are charged at $NZ25 per week
Extended stay furnished self-contained apartment rental:
- Our fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 8 weeks.
- Additional telephone, high-speed Internet and electricity connection fees apply.
Unfurnished apartment leasing:
- Waldorf On Scene apartments can be let unfurnished based on a real estate lease for a minimum stay of 3 months.
- Optional telephone, Internet and electricity connection are available.
